I've gotta hand it to Amy and William, they really dote on their little sister. Sometimes a bit too much. Caroline puts up with it fairly well.

Amy wants to learn to knit. I set her up with the basics today, but yikes, that's a hard thing to teach a person, let alone a six year old. Any knitters out there know if six is too young? I know I was knitting around 8... I think... any tips?
I thought I remember hearing that bigger needles are better for young learners? Not sure if it's true or not, but it could be worth a shot.
